My friend found a caterpillar in her food and they tried to say it was the root of a green onion. Absolutely disgusting, please do not eat here.
I recently visited Kelly’s Cajun Grill and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff at the register, in particular, displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. It’s clear that additional training is necessary. During our visit, the restaurant was noticeably empty, which, in hindsight, should have been a red flag. After finishing our meal, we politely requested an extra bag, only to be met with a disrespectful refusal from the cashier. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and left a negative impression. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured that we will not be returning. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service.
Their weekend “Buy one plate with drink - get one $5.99” is a scam. They don’t honor the deal. Server in the back came out to explain with an attitude “you have to get a plate with one entree only. Not two.” There is no fine print anywhere, just the plain deal. Later that evening, our family had heavy stomachs. Spanish male cashier was really nice. Lady in the back was the rude one acting like her business was shutting down if she honored the deal. We’re sticking to Ruby Thai next stand over. No wonder there weren’t any customers at this place.
